You don't remove the headlight. The sanding and polishing is done with the headlight installed in the vehicle. It only works with "plastic" style headlights. It made a huge difference. Just follow the instructions.

I purchased mine about 4 years ago. One of the fittings failed quite early (coming from China it was non-standard). I liked the compressor so much that I repaired the unit instead of taking it back. It's been working flawless ever since and does a great job of inflating my 33X12.5.

Thanks Jason! I'm going to sell the Montero Sport. I'll probably do another off road rig when I buy another house with garage/shop. It might not be for awhile tho. I'm going to try to get into other recreational activities hiking, backpacking, kayaking, camping, mt biking etc... Are you game for some of that?

It looks like I still see your wheelin rig in the background in one of those. You keeping it or are the wheeling days behind you?

Flipping the axle will take some work. You might be better off torching the axle tubes off and re-tubing it to the lengths that you want. Otherwise, you'll need to re-work the knuckle ends for the steering and the fill/drain plugs. Sounds like a fun project.

Greedings from the Northern Marianas Islands(Saipan)

My co-worker wants to SAS his 1982 Datsun 4x4. He is going to use a solid axle from a 1982 toyota truck. What other concern will be involve in the swap besides flippingover the front axle.
What about the steering components. Just a thought....

I was running 38-40 psi. My rig only weighed around 4,000 lbs. Try increasing to 40 PSI and check how evenly the tire is contacting the ground. I found that the tire had less rolling resistance for my truck around 40 PSI. You may want to go higher.
